As the Mayor (Tom Thompson) again starts his campaign speech, he is challenged by Reporter Connie Chunk (Bj Cagle) when she says "Mr. Mayor, local folks say the two biggest problems with your Administration are ignorance and apathy.  What do you have to say about that?"

Peter Bennings (Don Hancock) says "Yes, Mr. Mayor, we have done a thorough investigation and clearly you have not dealt with the problem Saloon in your town!"
