After a discussion and a rigorous drill, Sir Sullivan (Frank Kinney) assures his faithful charges (Roy Rasmussen, Len Honeycutt, Don Hancock, Newt Buker, Sally Hancock) their "life is hard, and I feel your pain".  Then he leads them in singing "A Policeman's Lot is Not a Happy One."
